No refund or answers Just like others on here, I returned a jersey and never received a refund or received any communication other than the auto-generated responses. Called, emailed, didn’t matter, no replies. Customer service is non-existent. Ordered and returned in January, still no relief in April. I had to dispute the charge with my CC company. The jersey did look okay but it was probably 3 times smaller than I what I ordered.

Jerseys sold are counterfeit Jerseys sold are counterfeit. Confirmed this with Nike (and saved the chat with customer support to substantiate what became fairly evident after receiving the jersey). They claim their storefront is in San Diego, but this is just a shell set up under the guise of legitimacy. Product I ordered shipped from China (no surprise there), and then took nearly a month to arrive. Also, note on their website that they have a 30-day money back guarantee. If you read further, you will notice that all exchanges must be made within 14 days (product unopened to qualify), and consumers may only exchange for store credit. Avoid this company.

No idea if ever gonna receive it, company doesn't answer I didn't receive an e-mail confirming my purchase, although was confirmed on the website. Nothing with the order number, nor tracking. Paid via Zelle. No channel answers me back, e-mail chat or phone. I don't recommend, lost my money and have no trace of it.

Great Quality, Great Price. First time ever purchasing a product from them and was hesitant at first. Price seemed to good to be true. Decided on buying a Ajax kit since my local store was out of stock. Took about 2 weeks to receive (California). But definitely worth the wait! Even took the kit to my local shop to compare the quality. Must I say, besides being perfect quality with a visual comparison, I will no longer be shopping elsewhere but from this company!

Zero customer service and scam site The company requested for additional info so here goes. I ordered 3 jerseys on 06/08/2022 with order number 59022 for the sum of $120.47 before taxes but got 2 delivered. Numerous emails have gone unanswered. Phone goes to voicemail regardless of ehen you call. Won't respond to chats.
