Why didn't you start from 5000k. Why did you think I only ordered the lowest priced option. Contacted support once again. Was told "please order more. Our delivery guys can do it for 5000k and more." So I kindly asked for a refund, but was told to "wait, please wait a moment." Time passed...felt like a long time. I had to go on with other things in my life. So left a message with support that I just want the refund instead.
