GBThe trackers worked for 3 months and… The trackers worked for 3 months and then broke. So far the company have used every avoidance tactic possible to prevent giving a refund or exchange. We are repeatedly being asked to drain and charge the tracker or re pair despite the fact it is obvious there is a fault with them.

GBOne unreliable sensor--documented and getting taken care of I have had small issues with one of our sensors from the beginning. My first call the sensor was working so we decided to see if the issue was resolved and set up a time to check back in with me. The issue had come back with an unreliable sensor and Playmaker was helpful to escalate my issue to the next level with technical support. The representative (Doug) was very kind and helpful and provided some insight to help me with the use and care of the sensors.

GIHad an issue with one of the sensors Had an issue with one of the sensors. Received a reply within 24 hours, with clear instructions what to do next. Offered a replacement set at no cost to me. Service has been exceptional all round
