GBI would not purchase from this company again Sent to the wrong address when ordered and paid for overnight delivery. Company did not offer any compensation or coupon. Very frustrating as we were moving and needed overnight. Tags also nothing special.

GBNothing over night about this company Nothing over night about this company! I placed my order on January 15, received a tag for someone at the other side of the country on January 25- sent multiple emails and was told the correct tag would be sent January 31. Ordered from another company, received my tag in a few days (it's the right one and much better quality.) My advice is spend a few dollars more and get what you paid for- I'm still waiting almost a month after placing my order. BTW- I sent the tag to the address on it so hopefully someone else got the right tag- on my stamp. UPDATE-February 22, 2018- STILL NO TAG!!!!

GBNo response from customer service I placed an order on 8/7 and received part of it in a timeley fashion (the tags), however another item (the collars) was on backorder. I was not given an estimated date that it would be available (although I was still charged for them) and have emailed the OvernightPetTags TWICE to inquire about this with ZERO response.... Perhaps my review will grab their attention.

GBI ordered 2 tags for my new kitty and … I ordered 2 tags for my new kitty and they arrived promptly. I really like them, the laser etching looks really nice. The problem was that the last digit of my phone number was not there. I emailed Overnightpettags and didn't hear back from them for several days. I re-sent my email and finally heard back that they would correct the error. That was a week ago; the replacements have still not arrived. Nice product, but D- on both quality control and customer service. Will email again Monday.

GBMy tag came with someone else's info… My tag came with someone else's info on it. I contacted the vendor 4 times but got no response from them. Only when I issued a dispute with my credit card and Paypal was I able to get a refund. Not a good experience.
