A surprise to be sure, but a welcome one I had my first interview and to be honest, I expected a technical one and I was a little nervous. The interview was more to validate my postulation according to my profile, it was nice (despite my rusty English). So, for anyone waiting for the first interview with Otter Labs, don't worry, just tell about what you know and everything is going to be fine.

One of the bests I've ever had We introduced ourselves, we spoke about me and about the company. They explained me the job offer and showed me their client. We could share some personal information to know more about each other and about our human side. Everything was recorded and well done. I was extremely happy with this interview.

Solid company Otterlabs has a solid recruitment process, very proactive team which is very valuable overall, also they just give the feedback on every instance of the process. Fun fact, they even did a LinkedIn audit to help me with a better profile.
