My first mentor was a bust which was… My first mentor was a bust which was really sad because, on our initial call, I was very excited to work with her. Nonetheless, my current mentor has been absolutely phenomenal. I feel like I have a plan and a direction.

Great Acct Mgt & a SUPER talent pool! Two major things: 1) The account manager, Ian, is over the top supportive. He really helped me get the role posted and candidates moving through our pipeline. 2) The TALENT at TMP. I have yet to see this caliber of talent in another recruiting platform.

I would work with TMP again. I think the level of professionalism and communication from The Mom Project staff was great. All questions I had were answered completely and thoroughly. When posting the position, I was very overwhelmed with the response (100+ applicants in just a couple of days). I wish there was a way for The Mom Project to help filter some of those applicants out for me. As a small business, sifting through all of those apps was quite time consuming.

Appreciate ease of the platform from… Appreciate ease of the platform from posting to interviewing to hiring. One suggestion is to make the system allow multiple people to zoom in for interviews. We had to set up our own zoom so 4 of us could join for the interviews.

Great concept, hard to secure placements I had one successful placement but very little traction on any other roles I have applied for. Kitty the redeployment person is lovely, but even her efforts don’t seem to help. I would still recommend Mom Project with the feedback that I can be difficult to hear back on anything.
