I’ve worked with Barton for almost…7years I’ve worked with Barton for almost 7years and have had the opportunity to work with Srijan for the past two. He does a great job of checking in to see how the assignments are going and does everything he can to connect me with offices that he knows will be a good fit and are where I want to be geographically. Barton is a good company to work for but being able to work with people like Srijan gives Barton a leg-up over other companies.

Thorough, professional, kind and always on task making sure I am well taken care of on every level. Barton has an exceptional reputation in how they care for their Doctors. I will partner with Barton as long as I practice in Dentistry. Thank you Barton!

Spot on recruiters Phone calls before and after assignments. They made sure the assigned department, work flow and work load are appropriate/manageable. Wyatt , my recruiter, checked in often just to see how things are going which was pleasant as it made me feel as a part of the group. Locums jobs are often lonely jobs, because you’re the only physician on site.

On the Positive... On the Positive: I was blessed to have a Helpful and Kind Recruiter named Haithem Jallad. On the Negative: I would never take an assignment 66 miles away from my home again without having some sort of housing provided, too much travel time ( 3 hours round trip) and too much wear and tear on my vehicle. Suggestion: Give advice on 1099 taxes and things able to claim during the recruitment process.
