GBI wish I could give them a zero I wish I could give them a zero. I thought I was ordering a pair of shoes from Target. My mistake. Realized it was not from Target and tried to cancel order within 6 hours of placing it. They sent me a few emails and said they were sending them and if I didn't like them I can return them. It took two months to get them. Color is not the same in the picture nor is quality. They look plasticy. Do not order from them

GBThe absolute worst The absolute worst. The sizing is off and they would not let me return. They suggested I give it as a gift. And then never returned any of my correspondences trying to return. I had to file a claim.

GBDon't order from Jolimall! Don't order from Jolimall!. The product ships directly from China and takes 3 weeks to get to you. If something doesn't fit, they won't refund you. Emailed 7 times to return some shoes that were too small and they told me I was stuck with them. Scam of a company.

AUI don't even want to give them a star… I don't even want to give them a star but it seems I have no choice. I ordered in mid July and I haven't got receive it. They said they'd send me a tracking number within a week but they didn't. I sent them a couple more messages but they didn't reply me. In October, a few days ago, I sent a long message again and I finally got a message from them they lost my package during transit. I have asked for a refund and been waiting to hear from them. I am not sure when I can get a refund or even a reply from them. This is very frustrating. Any ways to resolve this?
