item not as advertised item not as advertised, tried to return as was sent from California and I live in California. They said I would have to return to Russia costing $65.95 for return shipping for a light heating pad(that was supposed to be weighted and massage) that cost $44.99

I never received the product I never received the product that I ordered. I reached out multiple times to request information about when my package would be sent. I ordered the last Friday in November for a Christmas gift. As of today which is December 29, an entire month has passed. I have not received my order, or any reply to my multiple emails inquiring about where my order is. The order showed ready for transit since December 2. Today, I get the email that asked “how did we do?” If there were an option for 0 stars, I would have chosen that.

This is a very cheap product and… This is a very cheap product and EXTREMELY over-priced. After already being price-gouged, there’s an additional $7 to return it. I would never trust this company ever again.

Did not receive mini woodcutting… Did not receive mini woodcutting chainsaw. Received the chain but not the saw. Wrote to you at least 3 times with no reply. Had to order somewhere else and received it in 3 days. Would appreciate the amount being removed from by credit card.
