GBDon't buy them!!! We bought a pair of Dango Buds from this website: buydangobuds.com in March, 2021 along with the extended warranty. They worked fine for about 6 months and then wouldn't charge anymore or connect via Bluetooth. We started contacting them last December with information about the extended warranty. This must be an overseas website because all we've heard is "we are busy and understaffed...please be patient". We've now gotten 5 of these e-mails, the last one stating, "we haven't heard back from you so the case is closed", even though we answered every one of their emails saying it still hasn't been resolved. This website seems to no longer even exist and unfortunately, we're pretty sure we've been duped. We're out the money for the ear buds along with the extended warranty.

GBAn absolute scam An absolute scam Purchased twice, the second time with a lifetime warranty. Two responses from their "customer service" team after numerous efforts to get the issues resolved. DangoBuds: "Just to inform you that we already stopped production for this model and our warranty only coverage manufacturing defect." Me: "It is a manufacturer defect. So I paid for the product and warranty and you're telling me I don't receive a replacement?" DangoBuds: "The warranty does not cover defects from prolonged usage. The product was delivered on August 13, 2021 this order is too old for a refund or a replacement." Apparently their lifetime warranty is the lifespan of a gnat.

GBTOTAL SCAM!!! Wasn't looking to try, actually wanted to buy for work. Ordered July 6, never received. 10 days later $80 was taken from my account. First chat support gave me tracking number and absolutely no movement. Chat again today(5 Aug 2021) no changed. Fritz insisted he couldn't cancel order until I received the earbuds. Kept getting excuses. TOTAL SCAM!!!! If Dango bothers to reply, screw you and your earbuds,I want my money back! Yeah, well I've already reached out and you keep telling me to be patient and wait longer for a refund for a trial on a product I never received. GBbought 2 pairs in december bought 2 pairs in december, now on both sets the let side doesn't work.. i tried multiple ways to get them to work again , but nothing helps.. I emailed and never received a response...

IEBought 2 sets of Dango Buds in 2023 Bought 2 sets of Dango Buds in 2020. One set died about 6 months ago but now they are both stone dead--cannot get any lights up at all. Now finding it hard to find contact for company.
