PKFeeling scammed I have bought first time from this store.although the support team was helpful in the beginning about giving extra off but when i want to purchase they didn't reply me for a week may be due to peak hrs.Now i made a purchase and they replied me at once.Hopefully i will receive my order soon and would be thank ful for this store for delivering this rack to my address.i am waiting to write a best review. Hey guys.its been 3 weeks but still i got no update from the store about my order and i am looking forward to cancel my order and get a refund as i have a paid a big amount of $168 but i am neither getting a satisfactory response nor the status of my order is changed and from other reviews on this website i am feeling that i was scammed.could anybody help me regarding getting my refund.

GBHorrible Service; Charged for product but nothing shipped It's been exactly one month since I made my purchase, and nothing has been shipped out yet. It shouldn't take more than a month to process an order for shipment, unless the item was incorrectly listed as "in-stock" but has actually been out of stock and backordered the entire time. Not happy at all, starting to think this is a scam company. I'll update if or when they either respond to my emails or actually ship what I ordered. **update** Eventually received a full refund

AUcancelled order....why? ordered a pair of rollers, was charged by credit card, told the order was being processed, then 2 days later order was refunded - no explanation -very poor slow customer service getting back to me. need a answer as to why order was cancelled.

GBPoor customer service I wanted to order a Charles Wysocki calendar and every other online vendor seemed to be sold out of this item so I tried Storepaperoomates. I placed the order on Dec. 31, but never received a shipping confirmation. On Jan. 18 I emailed customer support asking about the status of the order. On Jan. 25 I finally received the calendar. On Jan. 30 I finally received a response from customer support telling me the item had been delivered. This email had a link to explain the delayed response but the link sent me to a page with an error message. On top of the poor communication and slow delivery of my product, the emails I received and the copy on the website itself was filled with odd grammatical errors, which did not increase my overall confidence of the vendor. I also found the repeated requests to review the site via Trustpilot rather annoying. I will most likely never use this store again but I did eventually get the product I paid for.
