However, I found it very unfair that the presence of customs and accessories shipping costs for shipments outside the USA are not reported at the time of purchase but only if they are actively searching in the menu. Especially since these costs were 30% of the total...

Contact Hello, I have placed an order on Thursday 24th August 2020, the money has been taken from my account, however, I have not even received a confirmation email of any sort...? I have tried contacting through the “ticket” system, however, not had a response on that yet! Read reviews and appears replies are better on this than the ticket system. I placed a simple order back in August… I placed a simple order back in August for earrings and have yet to receive them. I have reached out to support and they keep responding with illegitimate excuses of why I haven't received my product or where it even is. It has been a frustrating experience and I hope whomever reads this will stay away from buying their product as I have come to realize it is a scam.

TERRIBLE. 1 star because I need to select a star. Otherwise would be a 0. Terrible. Do not buy, total scam. Bought gift for a friend back in September & still getting charges at weird hours in the night so never realized till months later. Never authorized this, they don't have a customer service line & completely unable to cancel. Save your money & the stress. Companies like this are a complete disappointment. Bee Mission, if you see this know that I hope you enjoyed the money you did not deserve for 4 months but you will not be getting anymore! Get a real job instead of scamming people

Darling necklace! We ordered a bee charm necklace for our teenage daughter - she had found it online and wanted one. BeeMission was great with communication - we got updates when the order was placed, shipped, and expected delivery. And when the necklace arrived, we were delighted! It is darling - and on a nice silver chain. VERY happy with the BeeMission product and service. Bonus - they support bee populations and health - love that too.
