I ordered an Anbu Black Ops cloak along… I ordered an Anbu Black Ops cloak along with Naruto shoes. My shoes arrived in tact , and recieved that my Anbu cloak order was cancelled. On top of the dissapointment, i was sent a sweater that costs nearly $30 less than the item i ordered. No REFUND. Did not ask if i wanted a replacement product, they did not even refund me the difference in price. I am disputing this with my bank. First time ordering from them and customer service is a joke, what a dissapointment. No one answers my calls or emails. Basically, i feel like they frauded me with my money!

Site lied Site lied. I ordered the pikachu hoodie, it came all the way from China instead of CA that the site address was listed. Cannot send email because their mailbox would always be full and was unable to contact them directly; no one would answer. It took 3 months to arrive. Bootleg. Wrong yellow color for pikachu.

Do not trust No Jacket, No costume and 2 packages came in with 2 items missing in both packages. 4 unanswered items and 2 packages (over 2 weeks later) tracking still saying it's on a plane from China to America... No plane flies for 2 weeks straight. I feel like this site scams you for anything that isn't cheaply hand-made for $1 while they sell it for $20 and than ignores you when your expensive items aren't shipped or lost or not received. I purchase a lot online and this is one site I will never go back to.

If you want knockoff versions, go to AliExpress and get it for 1/4 the price of Hokage Store. -- In response to Hokage: If you claim to "create the products" as "high-quality replicas", then you guys make some garbage, because the item arrived broken, missing accessories, and horrible paint job. I wish I could post pictures here and show what Hokage Store considers "high-quality". Just state on your website that the items are knockoffs if you are so proud of it. Anyone providing a positive review, look at the item you bought from Hokage and search for it on AliExpress, guarantee you will always find it 1/2 price or cheaper. That is Hokage's business model.
