GBAs a programmer I think it's way too… As a programmer I think it's way too expensive. Lots of charts - the majority of them seem a bit meaningless to me. I track my steady runs and rides by heart rate and pace/power - when I run/bike at a reasonable pace/power with a low heart rate I know I'm in shape. I also know my 400m swim time and my bike FTP - I have no need for anything else.

AUStay away from TP Not usually one to write reviews but I feel strongly that potential TP subscribers should see this. TP is fine until something goes wrong. A training program doesn’t load, has an issue, a payment is taken but they say it wasn’t, you request a refund or something isn’t working etc. Whilst they claim to be customer serviced focused, sadly they are not and you are left hanging. TP hides behind the relationship between the plan providers and themselves making out the fault is with the provider and advises you to deal directly with them. However if the provider doesn’t respond to your question or worse still advises it is not to do with them, that it is an issue with the platform, you, the consumer is stuck in the middle and with no resolution! After paying for a premium subscription I lost $50US when I bought a training program which failed to load. So I wrote to the provider but they blamed TP. So I wrote to TP who advised it was up to the provided to refund the money …. Me stuck in the middle, and both refusing to refund my money or send the program again. I really can’t stand companies that make out in the marketing blurb that customer service is a top priority but when push comes to shove it is anything but. Once TP has your money, they are not interested in looking after you at all…. Very sad

DKBe aware of TP's license policy! Have bought WKO4 software for 179$. After they released WKO5, WKO4 went End of Life with no option to reinstall/activate... This I learned the hard way after a Windows 10 reinstallation. Now I'm forced to pay 211$ for the new version - Be aware of their license policy if you're considering buying WKO from TrainingPeaks.com

BETrainingpeaks = horrible service Trainingpeaks has a horrible servicedepartment. TP offers a discount for black friday but makes the payment not possible. "Problem with my bank" (rated one of the best in Europe), TP replies on my cry for help.TP is a Terrible Company. Blaming others for their own incompetence....

GBBeware Beware. I have been with Training Peaks for a number of years, all very good until i came to renew for another 12 months. I have a discount code from British Triathlon, but have not been able to use & the full amount paid, Training Peaks refused to honour the discount code. Very poor service trying to deal with the help desk (NO HELP).
