GBAbsolutely terrible Absolutely terrible! Ordered a shirt for my son and it’s so big two of him could fit and they won’t exchange because it’s been 15days. It was a CHRISTMAS present , what was I suppose to do order get it, let him try it on, and then give it to him for Christmas Never will I order again

GBI love this online store I love this online store. I've bought a lot of skate stuff like decks, bearings, and whatnot. Shipping sometimes can be slow but most of the time it's within a couple of days to me in Florida. Customer support is great.

GBStay away, Fraudulent company Ordered from thedrop and returned the goods purchased, 2 pair of shorts, 98.00 in total. Sent the product back to the original boutique shop on my own dime. Emailed Makayla several times before sending product back but never received my refund. Emails to the boutique shop and the Drop explaining the situation did not lead to resolution. Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they have not responded to that complaint.

GBScam...BEWARE Scam...Ordered a Hoodie and waited weeks. It never came so I emailed this company. The response I got was that their inventory was incorrect and they would be refunding my credit card. Still waiting for my refund and sent emails asking about my refund..Reported to my credit card, getting my money back. BEWARE**

GBThedrop.com sold me low quality product… Thedrop.com sold me low quality product which was expensive and it didn't even last a week. They did not honor the warranty, exchange or refund policy.
