Finding the company's email without being re-directed was a real challenge. Return instructions were rather cumbersome and confusing at best. It appeared that attempts to return the item (in my case wrong sized were sent) for a larger sized were actually discouraged. In all, my experience with their website was rather negative and to this date I do not know if my shoes are going to be replaced, any more than I know if they're going to respond to my request for a replacement.

The shoes were woefully small even though I ordered up a size as directed in website. When I emailed to request a refund, they replied and said I could get a 15% refund and said the o process was long and cumbersome and should find someone to wear the shoes. Um, what?

A label on the package said “returns” and I returned it indicating the issue and requested a refund. I did receive a reply saying I shouldn’t have sent it there and provided a address in China. SCAM website, be sure what you order there is something you want because if you change your mind the cost to return it will be more out of pocket expense to you. SCAM

Be sure before you order I ordered these tennis shoes for my husbands birthday, 12/7. He did not care for them. When I contacted the company for return instructions, I was informed they would be returned to China and shipping would be very expensive. Just to give them to someone else. I have shoes no one can wear and am out $40. Be very careful ordering. “ After posting this review the company gave me a 35 per cent refund of the $40.00 purchase price. I very much appreciate their efforts to meet me in the middle.
