SO MUCH SPAM!!! There are very few festivals on FilmFreeway that are worth your time and effort; I spent about a $1000 USD in total and nothing good has come of any of it! The festivals are haphazardly put together, a lot of woke festivals where you have to meet every DEI marker and because I rely on good work, not those markers, I don't believe my work is viewed. I receive continuous spam in my email from garbage festivals that are just wanting my money, so much spam that it's too much to even comb through to see if there are legit festivals that would be worth my money. JUST PASS, don't waste your money!

Very scam company Very scam company. We have used this platform for 2 years, they have used our image to take users' money. When we registered another festival, they asked us for money, and we didn't refuse and they closed both accounts, creating big problems for the various participants and for our organization. We have also sent all the press information on our events supported by the institutions, but we have not solved anything. We filed a complaint with the Canadian police and reported it to the Embassy, these scams cannot be suffered. We do not recommend using it if you do not want to lose your money and damage the image

Outstanding Customer Service The site was very easy to use, but the most impressive aspect of this company was the team behind it. I have never interacted with such polite and friendly people before. They were so willing to answer every question I had and always in a pleasant manner, no matter how silly or obvious. They really helped me a lot and made the whole process easy and relaxed. Expect film festival spam As others have said. After successfully using Filmfreeway, I now receive an un-ending quantity of spam from film festivals I've never heard of. Multiples per day. After posting this review, Film Freeway deactivated my account and threatened to sue me.

Don't bother—go to festivals directly FilmFreeway is basically a junk mail machine that shares your email address with hundreds of fake and pointless "online festivals" who again share it with others, and if you should ever try to submit a film to any of them, don't expect to hear back. If you've put blood, sweat and money into making a film, don't just lump it into an aggregate website; carefully select the festivals you want to submit it to and go to them directly. If they have a FilmFreeway link on their site, stay well clear.
