GBCould not find my account after they took money from it. I had a very difficult time trying to get anyone to cancel the auto payment that I did not want or approve. I was told they could not find my account, but they took out money three days earlier. I called, went on chat and sent emails. This company is difficult at best to work with in regards to their guarantee to refund any donations you did not want to make.
