CHAs I didn’t receive an email confirming… As I didn’t receive an email confirming my order, I wrote to the customer service, they answered my request correctly. Then I received my order two weeks later, the dress is so cute, exactly like the photos. I am satisfied of Wihol services. They’re serious in spite of missing the detail information about the shipping.

GBJust donate your money to charity instead All 4 items I received were very different than the pictures and descriptions online. Printed patterns were sewn unevenly, 30 undresses was on balanced, two of the dresses were more than 10% shorter than described. Threads were popping everywhere. Completely unwearable What's worse is how wiholl handled it. They would not follow through on any part of their return policy because their "only warehouse is in China" and theyre "a brand new business" and theyre "following their dreams." Waste of $170. They need to follow their return policy or rewrite it. They take down reviews that aren't 4-5 star. This review came with an incentive to receive $30 if 5 stars. SCAM. Scam.

AUBetter than expected I saw the dress from Wiholl originally on instagram, I thought it was going to to be too good to be true. It wasn't overly expensive so I figured I'd give them a go. I'm so glad I did, it's my favourite dress I own! Easy to navigate site, no issues with shipping, very happy!

GBDo not buy here Do not buy here. I purchased an item in a Large and Wiholl delivered a small. They are now refusing to provide a full refund. They are offering a 15% refund and ask me to keep the item I cannot wear. The other 3 items were too small, I asked for a refund within the appropriate time frame and they also refuse to provide a refund, offering a 25% refund and asking me to keep items I cannot wear. This is crazy. Don’t spend your money here.

CANever shipped the item – had to open a dispute The store never shipped the item. Waited almost 2 months (status still said "will ship soon"), and then they did not respond to enquiries. Had to open a dispute via PayPal, and the seller did not respond to them either, so it was resolved in my favour. Big ol' waste o' time.
