GBI fell in love with the dress i got… I fell in love with the dress i got online before i even received it in person. Once I received the dress though, I fell in love all over again as it was even better in person, which I didn't think could be possible. The quality and fit are incredible. My only complaint is that had to reach out to them to get order/shipping confirmation and shipping was really slow. But I love the dress so much it was all worth it and I will order from them again.

GBDo not buy here Do not buy here. I purchased an item in a Large and Wiholl delivered a small. They are now refusing to provide a full refund. They are offering a 15% refund and ask me to keep the item I cannot wear. The other 3 items were too small, I asked for a refund within the appropriate time frame and they also refuse to provide a refund, offering a 25% refund and asking me to keep items I cannot wear. This is crazy. Don’t spend your money here.

CHAs I didn’t receive an email confirming… As I didn’t receive an email confirming my order, I wrote to the customer service, they answered my request correctly. Then I received my order two weeks later, the dress is so cute, exactly like the photos. I am satisfied of Wihol services. They’re serious in spite of missing the detail information about the shipping.

AUI did not receive a confirmation email but will buy again… I did not receive a confirmation email of order which concerned me, but I got an email saying it was shipped and they sent me a follow up email saying it was on its way. The items were lovely, really great quality and fit as per the guide. Will be buying again for sure.

AUI’ve sent three emails requesting an… I’ve sent three emails requesting an exchange. Then requesting a refund. I wish to purchase the dresses I bought in bigger sizes but they do not answer my emails!
