The tungsten carbide was not as silvery as it looked online - it has a grey-black color, which looks quite handsome on men and women. Customer service was the worst Customer service was the worst. Extremely unprofessional. She hung up on me three times. She keep putting me off and didn’t care to resolve the issue. There wasn’t any room to make the customer happy. I waste of my money. If this goes to customer service it’s a waste of time because she’s the only one that works in that department.
