Approximately five weeks ago, we reached out to the FXCharger support team seeking clarification on a performance-related issue. To our surprise, we received no response despite multiple attempts to contact them. Frustrated by the lack of communication, we turned to the vendor, Forex Store, and spoke with a representative named Nolan. Initially, Nolan was responsive and assured us that they would facilitate communication with the EA's support team to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, this initial cooperation did not lead to a resolution, as we have not heard back from either party since. We find the unresponsiveness from both the EA support team and the Forex Store concerning, especially considering the importance of timely assistance in the forex trading environment. It is disheartening to experience such a lapse in customer service, particularly when the EA itself has proven to be effective in trading. As of now, our issue remains unresolved, and we have written a follow-up email to both the EA support team and Forex Store, seeking a solution to the problem. Despite previous attempts to address issues with some EAs, our inquiries remain unanswered. While certain concerns about EAs not trading in recent weeks have naturally resolved, fundamental questions about specific EAs linger. The lack of responses leaves us in a trial and error situation, questioning the accuracy of EA settings. Regrettably, our attempts to seek clarification and resolution from Forex Store have gone unanswered to date. Clear communication is crucial in the forex trading landscape, and the current lack thereof raises uncertainties about the reliability of their services. We will continue to reach out to Forex Store and the EA,s they are in ownership of (Powered by Forex Store). Notwithstanding, we will conclude our review here. Be warned about purchasing anything… Be warned about purchasing anything from Forexstore. The product information is misleading - the results of the EAs are presented to look much better than they actually are. Reviews on the site are fake and it is a complete con, The client area and messaging is woeful and the customer service even worse. I purchased Forex Truck with a 30 day money back guarantee which was not honoured as they hid the small print. The EA performed poorly and blew my account - stay away from these con artists!

I am a new user, just a month now I am a new user, just a month now. There are some things to say: it is a simple grid system opening positions like a Martin Gala system. At the moment with the recommanded inputs is on ca 12% drawdown trding only the USDCAD. A grid system is not a safe system.....
