Absolutely the worst service... Absolutely the worst service I have ever received. Lied to me 4 times on when the item shipped. Advertised the item would be 1) shipped from the US and 2) the item would be wool. The item was shipped from Pakistan and it's not wool, it's fleece - which I am allergic to so the second I touched the material, I broke out in hives. I requested to send it back and I now have to pay an insane price to send it to Pakistan. This company is not "New American". It's a SCAM!!! Do not buy from them.
