Great customer service! Tanga did great in first offering a great price on a device I wanted. Unfortunately, the device (through no fault of their own) wasn't performing well. So, I had to return it, as well as the warranty I had purchased on it. Tanga handled all the return labels and promptly issued refunds, accordingly. They also answered my emails throughout the whole experience. Couldn't ask for more!

I attempted to order I attempted to order. I could not. they had a message unable to order, we noticed duplicate order. I just gave up. and as for Amazon, they had a lot better price, and since I have Prime, the delivery was free. and it was in 2 days.

Tanga is simply wonderful! If you are on the fence about ordering products from Tanga…just do it. Seriously. I had an issue with an item I purchased. Tanga's Price Was the Best I decided to order my air purifier from Tanga because it had a very good price. I placed my order and my order arrived sooner than expected. I was a little concerned since the shipping box had one whole side ripped off and the top of the product box was crushed. But fortunately upon opening the box the Bonaire air purifier was in perfect working condition. The item was shipped UPS so I'm not sure where the problem with the damage to the box occurred. Since the product was fine and in good working order, overall I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

Site needs a phone number for customer service listed on site I ordered a cart from Tanga,somewhere or somehow item was sent to some else. Tanga refunded my money. The postal service said the label had different name and address on it. So they said I most likely got wrong tracking number. Response from Tanga was prompt, would be nice if there was a phone to call them instead of internet.
