GBFast resolution I had ordered 2 pumps for a complete replumbing of a new tank I was setting up following the remodel of our house. I did not open the box for some weeks and when I finally did, I found a part missing. I called and was told they would see what they could do. A few days later the part arrived in the mail at no charge. I appreciated the trust Aquatic Warehouse exercised and sending the part as quickly as they did. The only recommendation I would have would have been to call me back to let me know that they were going to send me the part.

GBBought 1/10 hp max chiller Bought 1/10 hp max chiller. First hot week hooked chiller up and followed all instructions.Turned on chiller and actually warmed up water. Tried getting support through email because fish were getting very warm and no response after several tries.Was desperate so took chiller apart to see what problem was.One of tubes were cracked and leaked out refrigerate. Lot of money wasted and a very bad experience.

GBII phoned mid Friday afternoon to place… II phoned mid Friday afternoon to place an order and they rushed it through so it would ship that day! Which ment i didn't have to wait for a Monday shipment! Thought that was great service!

GBThe order was filled quickly and … The order was filled quickly and arrived within a few days however the packaging, and perhaps at no fault of the distributor, was disastrous. it looked like someone had tried to get into the box and when they couldn't fit they sat on it. it was just Dirt so no damage to the product! :) I would still order from you again! :)
