If you not buying candles from Rachel's… If you not buying candles from Rachel's n more u wasting money on name brand candles this company have some best scents. I been a loyal customer since she began and they get better n better each shopping experience

Inaccurate shipping time and customer service is lacking The items were advertised as ready to ship. However, at the one week mark my order was still listed as preparing. I reached out to the company on the eighth day asking for a status since I received an email asking me to rate my experience. I did not receive a written response, however my status was immediately changed to shipped. There was no tracking number provided or any additional info. It is now 12 days since placing the order and I have received additional emails asking me to rate the products which I still have not received. The business practices need to be adjusted to send the notifications after the customer receives the order and customer service should provide responses to customer emails. It looks a little suspect when the status is updated immediately after customer contact. I appreciate the effort but it seems disingenuous without providing additional information.
