The part of my order which has arrived - I want to return and have been trying to do so for OVER a week. After typing in order details, return details and reasons, there is no final submit button????? Contacted customer services via online chat feature on 13th April - spoke to Yen. Explained the problem. Yen submitted return details on my behalf and assured me that return instructions / label would be issued to my email within 24hr. I am still waiting. They are obviously hoping the clock will run down on the return window.
