GBShopping experience on line is great Shopping experience on line is great. Most of your clothes doesn’t look like the modeled clothes. Show us what the real clothes look like and let us judge for ourselves instead of being disappointed when the clothes arrive. They’re expensive too. I also noticed that you up/changed the prices when you put them on sale/discounted. Not good.

GBSTYLEWE??? STAY WELL AWAY Clothes look fabulous - HOWEVER - my issues include: Part of my order (placed and paid for HAS NOT ARRIVED). The part of my order which has arrived - I want to return and have been trying to do so for OVER a week. After typing in order details, return details and reasons, there is no final submit button????? Contacted customer services via online chat feature on 13th April - spoke to Yen. Explained the problem. Yen submitted return details on my behalf and assured me that return instructions / label would be issued to my email within 24hr. I am still waiting. They are obviously hoping the clock will run down on the return window.
