GBProduct Damaged from Shipping, Refund Issued I ordered a Sun Joe TJ599E Garden Cultivator at a good discount. I received it quickly, but part of the plastic housing was damaged during shipping. They tried to ship another one, but when that effort was delayed, they offered a refund, which I received as a credit on my credit card within a few days. Very responsive to my emails and communicated well through email and text. They even called me to ensure I was completely satisfied. Great customer support!

Got an email on September 1 stating that "the preparation time from our supplier took longer than expected, so we canceled your order and issued a full refund to ensure you can purchase a product within a reasonable timeframe. We apologize for any inconvenience caused." What nonsense and waste of time.

GBjust a little confused…. just a little confused….. i ordered 1 milwaukee tool set and received 2 of the same set instead of the just the 1 i ordered. When to look at my credit card statement and they have also issued a refund for the 1 i ordered. i’m not sure if this is a mistake or some sort of scam. the price of the set on their website was $50 cheaper than anywhere else, just a little confused on how a little e-commerce company can sell a item at a much cheaper rate than a company like home depot. also, the shipping labels where from a completely different store. just would like some assurance that this is legitimate even though i got what i ordered.
