A small (but growing!) site with a great big heart I am so impressed with Goimagine - and I speak from both a buyers and a sellers perspective. As a buyer, I know that every purchase I make is directly supporting both a handmade artisan and those in need - and both the artisan and the charity are based right here in America. Something as simple as consciously choosing where to shop can make a big impact on people right here at home (and I get beautiful, thoughtful handmade gifts for my family :). From a sellers perspective - the site was very easy to set up. Customer service was fantastic! They are readily available and really held my hand to help import my listings from E, making the workload of uploading 100 + listings minimal. I really just had to tweak a few things and had the site up and running same day. Also, I have never felt like an anonymous number in the great big E cog. Goimagine truly values and interacts with their sellers. I feel like my voice is both heard and valued. Over these first few years some of the biggest changes implemented to the site have been from the sellers input and experience. They are building a marketplace that works with it’s artists. It is a privilege to have a shop on this marketplace. Here my products aren't just gracing customer's tables, they are helping to put food on them ♥️

Handmade only and donations that help children in need! A place to sell that's handmade only and donates transaction fees to charity. What's not to love? I have been on Goimagine since beta phase in 2020 and the customer service is amazing! Always someone available to help, and often it's handmade artists helping other artists. It's the charitable donations to help children in need and being handmade only that drove us to Goiamgine as a place to grow our business long term. It is a new site, so it will take time to gain traffic, so don't expect to jump in and make lots of sales at first. One thing to keep in mind is that it was the sellers that grew Etsy in the beginning by spreading the word. And with a site that's handmade only, what many of us makers have been looking for, I don't think it will take too long for Goiamgine to grow.

I love being a seller and a buyer! I have my own website on Goimagine, and it is very affordable to do so. Customer service has always been top notch when needed. I ABSOLUTELY love their mission and I truly feel they will go far. I love shopping on Goimagine, they have so many talented makers.

Great, but lack of organic traffic and sales. I am a maker/seller on the goimagine platform. I absolutely love their support, their focus on truly handmade, and their giving back to children in need. However, I have only gotten 2 or 3 organic sales in a couple years. 99% of sales are me bringing my own customers to the platform. They really have a great thing going, but I've seen very little change in the last few years as far as sales increasing except from my own growth. I've been featured on several events (meet the maker, location based promotions, even won a challenge) but none of this brought any more traffic or sales. Are they trying? Yes, but is it working? No. Overall, great platform and customer service, but a lack of organic traffic and sales is why I just can't give five stars.

Excellent support and it works if you do the work. I'm a seller and buyer on Goimagine, and my experience has been that they're far more responsive than any other platform. Since they're small and don't have any plans on going public, they're able to handle things without being beholden to stockholders, and that means that they don't need to bend the rules about handmade in order to grow at any cost. I've had sales by sending my own traffic to my shop, and from the ads that they are running on social media. The additional benefits are that having a Goimagine shop also gives me more visibility in Google search results, which is invaluable for a small business. I know that people complain that Goimagine doesn't have the same traffic as the largest marketplaces, but then they also complain about the large marketplaces and how impersonal they are. Every marketplace has pros and cons but Goimagine has a lot of potential, and it's working for me.
