If you do have a CRM a webhook is easy to use with Zapier for Podio and other CRMs. Support is very responsive. The reviews on texts are odd knowing the app has a notification tab you personalize and adjust. The only negative I've experienced is the enormous amount of text numbers it comes from and each time it changes (usually daily) needing to put the new number under the existing contact so I don't have tons of text from the company in different places.

Stay away from this place!!! Stay away from this place. They do not screen their leads. You will spend over $500 for a lead with and address that is not legitimate, such as a Shopping Mall as a property address listed with 5bedrooms 3 bathrooms. I've protested this purchase and still have not received any refund or responses.
