GBNot a fan: made my cat sicker. My cat was recently diagnosed with CRF. The bet told me aminavast (formerly renavast) was highly recommended to help manage symptoms with no side effects. My cat was doing fine, may I add, but I felt I should do whatever possible to help. I gave my cat aminavast 2x daily for only 3 days and she threw up 4 times that night. She threw up everything in her system. It was terrifying! I held off on it for a few months. Tried it again once every other day for about a week. Again, she had an episode where she made the sounds as though about to vomit but nothing came up. She acted lethargic, sad, and completely unnatural. After taking her off again, I see she wants to be around us more and seems happier. I told my vet about my experience. After doing research we found that renavast had been pulled from the market by the FDA. Now they market renavast as aminavast. My vet said they were pulling the brand from their shelves immediately. Maybe aminavast will help your animal. But if they start acting anything like my cat did, they need to be taken off of it immediately. Your experience may not be like everyone else's. I emailed renavast's customer service letting them know about our experience, but haven't received a response. I don't believe aminavast has no side effects and I will never attempt to administer it to my cat again!

THMy vet recommended this for ailing… My vet recommended this for ailing kidneys of cat. One year on his BUN has increased dramatically. I have been researching this snake oil and found the FDA wouldn't recommend as the owners of the company wouldn't disclose the ingredients AND changed the name. Shameful.

GBRenAvast Saves Lives! You don't have to lose your cat or dog to CRF. Our cat Max was diagnosed with end-stage kidney failure at the age of 13. RenAvast was unknown in our small town at that time and the vet expected me to put him down, as most vets do. Looking down at the hopeful expression in those little eyes, I knew he wasn't ready to leave yet, and neither was I. Getting back home I ran to the computer to educate myself all I could on this disease (something everyone in a desperate situation should do). That's when I found the RenAvast website. I quickly ordered my first bottle, which arrived soon after. I followed the dosage according to his weight at that time, mixing it with his canned special diet. In addition to the RenAvast, he received sub-Q treatments twice weekly and was placed on a prescription diet formulated for patients in renal failure. That was two years ago. Within 2 months after starting RenAvast, he started gaining weight and stamina, even climbing trees on occasion. I found it helpful to purchase some digital baby scales online so I could track his weight on my own rather than waiting for his next vet visit. He loves to eat, so we have a regular battle of the bulge going on, but they feel better when their weight is under control. So don't be afraid to try this wonderful product. It's better to be safe than sorry. Guilt is a terrible thing to live with.

GBRenavast is great My cat is 18. She was lethargic around Christmas 2011. Previous cats of mine had experienced Chronic Renal Failure. I heard about Renavast and didn't believe there would be any harm in trying it. I ordered starting maybe in January 2012. It worked right away. I could tell she felt better. I don't remember whether I had the relevant lab tests done since adoption in 2005 when BUN and Creatinine were within proper range. Her test results in January 2013 were BUN 46 and Creatinine 2.3. The results in March 2014 were BUN 45 and Creatinine 2.5. The vet says that this is all relatively good. I believe she is holding her own vis-a-vis CRF and I am glad of it. She's been taking Renavast for over 2-1/2 years and we are going to stick with it, for sure. She stays awake long hours, is attentive to whatever is going on, is calm, has a good appetite, drinks water occasionally, grooms herself, enjoys music, greets guests whenever they visit, cuddles, plays, and looks great.

GBComplete horseshit FAKED reviews below, be warned! Complete horseshit reviews below, be warned! Same exact writing style as his defensive replies to the one-star reviews on Amazon for the product. And they are all "coincidentally" on either July 29, or August 12! And they all say horseshit like "Wow, thanks to RenAvast from Bio Health Solutions..." Don't believe me, take just a GLANCE and try to convince yourself otherwise -- it's not hard to see! No wonder the FDA forced him out of the RenAvast title and to switch brands! I don't even care if the product works, this cannot be tolerated! One star!
