GRProblem with the order I have paid via paypal ,i have received the an email by them saying the money have been sent but i never received a confirmation by you. The order was never confirmed. I contacted the costumer service and solved the problem buy it took almost a month.

GRTerrible service, never again I Ordered a pair of photochromic sunglasses with bone conductive Bluetooth technology. The order was shipped after 2 weeks, when it arrived i got a pair of normal sunglasses with normal bluetooth. Then they said that the will refund me 9 dollars from to 50 i paid and to keep the item. I told them that no, i will not and that they will have to pay the return shipping as well. They offer me a refund of 18 dollars, good thing i paid with paypal and it covers the return shipping. Terrible service, never again

PTIt's January 7th and I still did not… It's January 7th and I still did not receive my order #61238 from December 9th. Can you please give me some contact from Wiibying so I can solve this problem. This situation is just not acceptable. If something happened at least give me some feedback. I already payed for it so I want to see my problem fixed or my money back.

GRSlow shipping, dead on arrival product! Priority Shipping was very slow, over 1 month to come. The headphones I received was not working. I emailed to customer service and Im still waiting for a solution.
