Smooth ordering and fast shipping I saw a new dress on Garmentory, didn't buy it for a week or so, because I wanted to see what other items were coming out for spring, and then the size I wanted was gone. Within a week my size was back up, so I bought it. The shipping was fast. Garmentory's site is very easy to use. I'm surprised at how not user-friendly some retail sites still are. I haven't had to deal with customer service yet, so no feedback on that.

Investment pieces, sustainable designers, unique garments Garmentory is my go-to spot for unique items from Indie and sustainable designers where I can find unique garments, shoes etc that inspire my style. I consider Garmentory a place mostly for investment pieces and slow fashion. I always have a long wish list! My only wish would be for more product photos and better shipping rates.

This website is a scam This website is a scam. Terrible customer service. I ordered a pair of shoes that unfortunately do not fit and they won't let me return them. They told me I can resell them on their site for 80% of the price I resell. Total scam.

Options, options … Sheer variety of options is a big part of why this site is great. Shipping with USPS and avoiding shipping couriers (and by extension their fake customs charges) is also huge. The ease of use and speed of the site is also a big plus.
