Seamless order Very easy to pick from…order did not take long to arrive and the rug was well wrapped so it wouldn’t get damaged! Would definitely order from them again!

Giant rug was shipped folded! We ordered the super-hard-to-find, largest rug size (8'9" x 12'3") in this pattern (it used to come in the 9'3" x 12'6" size). Although the ordering process was relatively easy (this site was recommended to me by the manufacturers of the rug), the first rug we ordered turned out to be defective and was never shipped to us, with a note saying it would be restocked in a few months. After contacting the manufacturer, another rug magically became available on Decorsify, so I ordered it. Unfortunately, the rug came rolled up but then folded in half, so when we took it out of the box there were a ton of creases in it. There were instructions on how to use a a damp towel and an iron to iron out all the creases, but this is going to be a pain in the butt on such a large rug. I've ordered this rug from other sites and both times it came rolled up but not folded. I've been putting off this monumental task of ironing this huge rug, so I don't even know if that will work yet. I'm annoyed that Decorsify thought it was ok to fold a rug.

The rug I received is horrible The rug I received is horrible. There are lines that are off in the fiber. Looks like when strands are pulled out. I would never send this out to a customer, especially when thw issue is so obvious. I havebought way cheaper rugs that were much better than the on I received from your company. Very disappointed.

This is my first order from your… This is my first order from your website. It states that will get 15% off for the first orders, however, the code you sent to my email it didn’t work. I called your customer services line. She stated that maybe it’s system problem. Told to try that again. It has never worked (been 2 weeks). For my understanding no matter it’s sale items or not when your website mentions for the first order that gets 15% it’s a promise. That’s how business runs.
