GBI loved Revioly very much I loved Revioly very much. It was, and still is, the most reliable website out there on the internet. The costumers services is the BEST. No matter how many questions do I have they always will answer me. The Revioly costumer services are there 24/7. They don't push to buy stuff, they do their best to achieve your satisfaction. Everything was cost FREE for you. All you needed is to try the products and review them. And it didn't matter if you give the product one star or five stars.I really thought that they deserve more that five star. However, recently they updated their website. Now some of their products aren't free (especially the ones that are very useful stuff such as household stuff). For example, there was a product that cost $65 and I really wanted it, but they would reimburse me only %51 of the cost (around $35). It is so disappointing! Hope they will change their policy back. Update: After long time being Revioly costumer all of sudden they stopped responding back! You can see on my previous review, that I loved the costumer services, but now they only answer you if it benefits them!

GBLove this company I can not stress this enough. Revioly has the best customer service team I have dealt with. I am really satisfied with their immediate response and they always value their customers. Aside from that, they always have exciting products to review and get for free. I will continue and stay being a Revioler.

GBToo many problems, fake reviews, scam. UPDATE: nah. It’s been over 72 hours and I still haven’t gotten my refund, even though they refund “within 24-48 hours.” Don’t bother. Too many problems. Waste of time, very likely a major scam. —————— UPDATE: Supposedly there was a misunderstanding. There are ways to get my money back. I still haven’t received any refunds, but I’ll be looking out. As I mentioned in my original review, I feel like this site has a lot of potential and I am excited to see where it goes. If I continue to have positive experiences, I will happily update. —————— ORIGINAL REVIEW If Amazon doesn’t accept a review, they do not refund your product. Scam. Also, they had problems with their website and decided to put the blame on me, before other people started reporting the problem. When they find out you’ve reported them, they take a cute little passive-aggressive tone with you. I’m not sure I’m getting any of my money back from them willingly, but if not I will be contacting Amazon, the sellers, and worst case scenario I will be requesting chargebacks. I have taken screenshots of our interactions. It’s a shame, they had potential to be a good website, but they don’t have the personality for it. Also, notice all the other reviews suspiciously all popped up at the same time? There’s no such thing as a “long time Revioler,” this site is new. I’m starting to suspect those are fake reviews. They asked me to reconsider my TrustPilot review, and they said the fact that I’m not getting a refund is “no big deal” because I get to keep a product that I would’ve never otherwise bought if I had known I wasn’t going to be refunded.

GBLong time Revioler I've been with Revioly for some time now. I enjoy being able to review products for them as little or as often as I'd like. The customer service is always very helpful and reply in a timely manner. I look forward to continuing to review for Revioly!
