I've been a real self member since 2017… I've been a real self member since 2017 and I love that I can get real experiences from real people on this website! It helped me so much when making my decision on getting plastic surgery. Being able to see pictures and read about people's good and bad experiences was very helpful for me. I finally was able to have my surgery on January 18 and as soon as I was able posted my before and after pictures and experience with my surgery and dr for it to hopefully be able to help other people using this website. Don't trust this site! Don’t trust this site! They don’t allow many negative reviews and censor all reviews. They are very biased in favor of the procedure and the physicians. There are WAY more complications with these procedures than reported on this site!
