Even the slightest draught of air causes the waterfall effect to stop flowing and falling to the lower areas of the burner. I have tried several times to have this work in various positions in the house and the results are the same. Also the burner cones leave a very bad sticky residue on the burner. This item does not flow gently like advert shows rather just gives of a nice smell. Waste of time and money.
