GBVery disappointing experience After waiting a few weeks for my order to ship, I finally received a notification it had been delivered. However, it was nowhere to be found so clearly it was not delivered to me. I contacted customer service, who did respond fairly quickly. However, they put the burden on me to try to locate the package. The post office was unhelpful not surprisingly, so now I am left without my order and without my money. I would not recommend using this site. Very poor customer service, as they do not appear to care about the customer experience nor maintaining customers. Lesson learned to stick with the bigger, known, websites.

GBI had lost track of an order I had lost track of an order, didn't even know where I had bought it. I didn't want to call and customer service fixed me up in a matter of minutes.

GBThat Delayed Deal Still waiting on delivery of my first purchase from "That Delayed Deal" as they have been dubbed.It has been 12 days and appears via tracking it will be 2-3 more for a total of 2 weeks total.The parcel is now as close as it was when first shipped since it took the long way,an extra 2000 miles.I suggest they streamline their shipping to save money for their business and time for the consumer.Will update if and when the item arrives in one piece!

GB2 Bear Grylls knives by Gerber I have purchased, received but never opened my items. About 3 months later, I opened my new knife and was unpleasantly surprised - it was defective. Then second knife in that order was also not really up to then spec. This Seller was great willing to help me to resolve the situation and provided me with the store credit for the amount I have paid. I feel this was very fair and I really appreciate their willingness to help. It is not a big money, but it feels so good to be a customer that is being taken care of.
