Dealing with this company & Craig… Dealing with this company & Craig Miakelson is amazing thus far. I Love how they put everything together fast and the customer service is good with me as they are patient and good teachers.

What a scam What a scam. No longer have a computer but they keep emailing me my system is vulnerable & need to call them … oh yeah I see another $299.00 USA charge if I did. I called before to advise them to leave me alone but obviously their internal data system is a joke overall as they keep harassing me. Shame on on these so called IT professionals!!! Stay away & shame on Cannon for putting me thru to them when my new printer would not connect to my printer properly. I spent over $1500 US and received nothing for my money spent!!!

Technicians are very helpful and… Technicians are very helpful and knowledgable. Luckily they show extreme patience when dealing with customers who are not necessarily computer saavy. I am glad I have someone to call.

Had problem with printer install and… Had problem with printer install and many other issues showed up. Everyone was very helpful, patient and very nice to work with. It took a little time but everything was in order. Plus all was explained very well. I would recommend to others.
