Operator was very friendly and helpful, answered all my questions. The party was nice - very experienced and geared! We wiped only once because of a bug (Hello to Blizzard). Everything was awesome - fast, funny and interesting for me. As a bonus - they gave me 370 cloak and trinket that they didn't need. Today I got my 380 bracers from the chest! Definitely I'll chose Smartboost next time!

Well Ann If you could read the discord conversation with a fellow employee he even said the sylvanas run could not be done and also when you have something listed and someone buys that service and you can’t uphold that it is false advertisement so if it couldn’t be done I’d remove the add to cart option y’all might be cheap but pulling stuff like that is sketchy and makes you untrustworthy to buy from
