Excellent communication Bought a few diagnostic tools in the past from them and service has always been 100%. Bought xprog in November unfortunately they had no stock. After chasing it for 4 months always had a response still waiting on stock but we can refund money. Decided to go for xhorse vvdi prog instead, just paid the difference in price and it was delivered to my address within 2 days. Excellent service and communication. Recommend 100%

Launch diagnostics So far had 3 launch items from them!!! Very pleased. Though one was not completely compatible, customer service sorted it out by taking old one back and with little payment towards them i got upgraded version that works like a charm!!! Would definately reccomend!!! Prices are very good compared to others as well!!!! Keep the good job like this and you will have loads of customers!!!!!!
