Great and convenient Luggage storage The luggage storage was very conveniently located at the micro center of Buenos Aires. The front desk person was very helpful and nice. She explained the whole system and helped me to get it right.

Warning. No show cost me a lot of money Showed up to the storage and nobody was there. Called and called with no answer. Qeepl customer service offered me a refund, however it also meant I had to spend $400 on checking my bag for a flight. I asked about compensation for this as there is “insurance” and the agent just stopped talking to me. As of now I’m out 400 - minus the storage fee and have no way of contacting anybody as the service chat has just stopped responding.

I had to leave my luggage without… I had to leave my luggage without checking in properly as I had an issue that I needed assistance to resolve. It was Sunday afternoon and there is no one to talk to at Qeepl (only an online help chat). No one was there and I had to go to a meeting. It took them a whole day to reply by which time I had already picked my luggage back up again! I felt incredibly vulnerable. Imagine leaving your possessions with no security of being checked into the facility properly and no support to help you resolve!
