Fraudulent business that refuses to cancel your order. Impossible to cancel. I accidentally ordered 2 of the same dress. I wanted to cancel just 2 minutes after placing my order but there is no automated way to cancel a charge on the website. I used their "live chat" on their website. I even tried emailing them with the email specified on their website. I used the email PayPal recommended contacting for cancellation. I even tried calling their number which was an international number. They only responded to me once the order shipped. And I don't believe it is a coincidence that out of the 3 orders I placed, only the one I requested to cancel is the one that shipped. I said in the email: "Please cancel my order SC00037254 and issue my refund". And they responded with: "Which dress do you want to order? Do you need us help to swap the dress for your order?" My instructions were clear. I asked to cancel and they refused. They knew what they were doing and purposefully did not want to cancel the order

I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS SITE IS STILL UP AND RUNNING THIS NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY. Shop somewhere else! Shop somewhere else! If I could give a big fat 0 I would. The item I ordered didn't fit right even though I ordered my normal size, small, and reviewed the sizing chart. Before purchasing I made sure to read the return policy, which claims that "enclosing the returns sheet with your package makes returns hassle-free." (I do this for any international company.) Well, trying to return a purchase is not hassle-free at all. In fact, it's been nothing but a hassle! First of all, there was no return sheet in my package as it was claimed (probably on purpose). I contacted their customer service by email only for them to "hassle" me about why the item didn't fit and why I wanted to return it; even asking for pictures and implying how I must've not ordered the correct size. Then, by email #2 they suggested how I should order a different size and reminded me how I would be responsible for shipping costs. This company is a whole scam. Nothing like their competitors! So again, shop somewhere else: the clothes aren't worth the price...or the hassle.
