Fake Fake. Looked them up on here originally and they had a good score so I ordered the Dyson vacuum, but actually looking at the reviews they all seem to be fake my order has said it’s processing for 2 weeks and they have never responded to me so I don’t think I’ll ever be getting it at this point.

This company does not return emails and… This company does not return emails and the phone system is all automated with no way of speaking to anyone. I purchased on 1-22-24 and it is 2-4-24 and all my notification on their website under my acct says is the order is processing. They charged my credit card the day I purchased but it is 12 days later and no merchandise… would recommend not using this company.

Scam Scam. Currently disputing charges with my credit card. Great customer service when you are trying to make a purchase cancelling said purchase, but unsurprisingly they give ZERO response about receiving a refund for the order they so easily cancelled for me.
