Cheap Bamboo from China The bamboo sticks were about what I expected coming from China. Dusty, dirty bamboo pieces, several were broken but overall they'll do for outdoor garden use. Not appropriate for indoor decoration, since visually they look rather dingy and cheap.

7 days later and still hasn't shipped I ordered a product on 12-29-22 and it is now 1-5-23.... 7days later and the product still hasn't been shipped out a label was made 2 minutes after I ordered it and that was it ... I check Shipping details about 40 times a day to see if it has been shipped yet and sadly it never is I'm truly sorry for the bad review but you sent me this email asking if I'm satisfied and how my experience was so I'm just being honest hope my product ships out soon 💖 thank you

I only received one of the two items I… I only received one of the two items I ordered, immediately got in touch with BundleStop and they said their error, apologized and sent out the missing item the next day! Who does that anymore? I was obviously very impressed and will order from them again in the future!

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AMONG THE BEST. After only receiving 1 of 2 items from the dropshipper (yes, this is a dropship website so lag time is expected. Although my order was "shipped" quickly.) Now, back to the missing item. Although I received an email confirming shipment of both items, the one not received cost $240. I was miffed. The good part is Bundle Stop immediately responded and went out of their way to make things right. And they succeeded. 5 stars for customer service. 1 star is lost on the overall review however due to the original missing item. Which I did eventually receive.

Poor communication skills! I deal with a lot of companies. They advise me of the carrier and approximate date of delivery. BundleStop failed to do this. I was in total darkness on these issues until I emailed them. Why did you not advise me at time of order? That is why I gave you 4 stars. Otherwise, all was good.
