GBThe ordering was easy The ordering was easy, package arrived earlier than first was told and was informed about the earlier arrival. Unfortunately, I had to return the item as it was a duplicate to one I already had. So far the return has been handled very well and am awaiting my refund. (The process just started and I have been informed of its progress with each step.) kudos to a very pleasant and professional staff.
