Poor customer service Dear Sir/Madam, I recently ordered a pillow from your website. A few days ago I received a text message from your delivery company saying that the package got damaged and i had to reenter my address. They made me pay 0.32pounds and that night someone tried to hack into my bank account. Although I received the product yesterday, today someone again tried hacking into my account. I am not sure if this is your problem or your delivery service company’s but could you solve this issue? I am really unsatisfied with your service and wanted to let you know. I was not disappointed when it arrived, I was so happy with it and knew it would make my bestie smile.
