At one point it said order completed but shoe’s hasn’t shipped yet but it was before estimated arrival so I waited. Sure enough a box of new shoes showed up even a few days earlier than expected. When I reached out to the company they offered me an $85 credit on my $143 purchase and told me to keep the product in exchange for a return. So while I would have been upset normally it seems fair for the questionable internet site.
