Righting my wrong I placed an order for the wrong item and since the items were hadn’t been processed yet i was accommodated to cancel and reorder the correct items. The smile on my dad’s face when he saw the Philadelphia mugs is priceless!!!

I ordered 24 coffee mugs for gifts to… I ordered 24 coffee mugs for gifts to the partners/spouses of board members for an international association which I chair. When the mugs arrived, 11 were broken. It was too late to order replacements so I had to buy unmatching replacements but Americaware did refund me for the broken mugs. It was much appreciated.

BEAUTIFUL Mugs!!! The beautiful mugs I bought are top-notch. Would like the handle to be just a little thicker since I hope to use these mugs forever. I would’ve given 5 stars if it wasn’t for the shipping costs, which I thought were outrageous unless & until I bought $50 worth of merchandise, and then the shipping was free. But the mugs were sooo nice, and very reasonably priced, that I won’t hesitate to buy more.
