GBI ordered product #27778 I ordered product #27778. You have refused to return my product. For this reason, I will never purchase from your company again. I was planning to actually. And I was planning to all tell others because you sell Christian products and I think that’s worthwhile. However, your return policy stinks ! You sent me a defective product because it does not have attachments on the flag for usage on a flag pole. I already have a flag pole but without an attachment, you cannot hang it up. YOUR product is defective!
