Also had problems with delivery (different company) and Zure were very helpful in getting some compensation for me. Helpful and friendly service by Australian employees. Easy to call over the phone and they always get back to you.

Everything went smoothly and quickly… Everything went smoothly and quickly from ordering to delivery. My only disappointment was I could see the internal shape of the vanity top that I ordered and I probably would have chosen something else. Just an on-line issue where you cant touch and feel something. I like the cabinet from what I can see so far, I havent had it installed as yet though.

Product OK, experience poor To be fair the product is OK, however my experience was poor. Initially advertised for $70 cheaper (the reason I chose) when I went to purchase the site said deal had expired. I ordered and a fortnight later a Startrack driver in NSW rang asking where my street was...the delivery address was QLD! Meanwhile a box from a charity was delivered to me instead so 3 weeks later than expected and two attempts I finally had two very battered boxes but thankfully not damaged units. Now they sit waiting as my tradesman had to move onto other jobs.
